How do preorders work?

Items in our first release are available to preorder. Payment is collected securely at checkout. The dispatch date has not yet been announced; we will share updates when timing is confirmed.

Where do you ship?

At this time checkout accepts US shipping addresses only. Shipping is included in the displayed product prices for eligible orders.

How can I pay?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. kycosmetics does not receive or store your full payment card details.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. For help with a return, contact our care team with your order details so our team can guide you through the next steps.

How do I choose what is right for my skin?
